NHTSA closes the case on Mustang manual transmission problems

It’s “case closed” on the NHTSA investigation of the 2011-2012 Mustang’s Getrag MT-82 6-speed manual transmission’s reported shifting problems. This case was initially opened in August and was related to issues of grinding and rough shifting with that specific manual transmission.
