Minutes after 7 a.m., the first few Mustangs began rolling into the CJ parking lot, and by 8:30, the showroom was bustling with excitement. Unfortunately, the light drizzle of rain prevented much from happening outside, but many who came took a stroll or two through the lot to check out the rows of Mustangs. Inside and safe from the elements, drivers were encouraged to pick up their free Pony Trails t-shirt and enjoy donuts and coffee. Many also took this as a chance to shop for new parts and several even asked for a quick tour of the CJ Pony Service shop and studio.
Shortly before 9 a.m., CJ Sales Representative, Joe Cressler, led an informational meeting for all drivers about road conditions, safety and the route for the cruise to Middleton Park in Carlisle. Then, CJ Product Specialist, Bill Tumas, hopped in our Gotta Have It Street and led the 83 Mustangs on a scenic cruise through central Pennsylvania, ending up at the Carlisle Fairgrounds.
