Project Last Ride, the 2011 Mustang 5.0 we profiled last week, won a Shine Award today at the 2011 SEMA show! After a rush to get the car finished, including getting the Ford BOSS 302 Intake Manifold Install Kit, Ford Racing BOSS 302R Intake Manifold, and an unpainted California Special Rear Spoiler that were donated by CJ Pony Parts installed, and over to Las Vegas for SEMA, the hard work paid off with a Shine Award. The Shine Award is given by Mothers Car Care Products to the best detailed car at each year’s SEMA show. Project Last Ride is the third Mustang to win the award in its 11 year history.
Project Last Ride is one of many really cool customized Mustangs on display at SEMA this week. We’ll showcase a few more of them during the remainder of the week, so make sure you check back here tomorrow and Friday to see some really cool cars!
