Roush RS3 Mustang takes back the pavement.

Roush RS3 Mustang takes back the pavement.

As I’m sure you’re well aware, the car market has been flooded with fuel efficient, small, bland, powerless cars in the last year or two. While these cars may be popular, their overall weakness on the road allows the pavement to get a little cocky. Well, the Roush RS3 Mustang is the polar opposite of those cars and, with this video, is “taking back the pavement” and showing it who’s boss!

The Roush RS3 Mustang is surely qualified to show the pavement who’s boss. It’s equipped with a 5.0L 4-valve DOHC TiVCT V8, which is force fed with 12 psi of cooled air by the R2300 ROUSHcharger. It makes an amazing 540 horsepower and 465 ft./lbs. of torque. It also comes with a specially tuned suspension and several exterior modifications. This is the same Mustang we featured last month, tearing up the Summit Point Raceway in West Virginia, so these stats, and the pavement humbling should come as no surprise.

If you’d like to learn more, check out the Roush website to configure an RS3 of your own. Meanwhile, enjoy the video!
