CJ Pony Parts’ All-Mustang salvage yard

CJ Pony Parts’ All-Mustang salvage yard

Posted on 21. Jun, 2010 by in News, Products, Restoration

Recently, Cars & Parts Magazine interviewed our Service Department manager, Bill Tumas about CJ Pony Parts and our unique salvage yard. “Everything Mustang” is the two words that Bill used to describe our 100+ Mustang salvage yard. That philosophy is very true.

Taken from Cars & Parts Magazine:

“The salvage section is located outside in the back fence, where we found approximately 1.5 acres of more than 100 Mustang parts cars (plus one Falcon and two Cougars). The Mustangs in the yard cover all years from 1964 to 2004, with the exception of the 1974-78 Mustang II models.”

Our company can help with the smallest single part or a full restoration. We sell used, reproduction and aftermarket parts through our website (www.cjponyparts.com), eBay, counter sales, catalog phone orders and swap meets. Our huge warehouse is always full with a lifetime supply of parts.

To see more of our unique and extensive Mustang salvage yard, head over to www.cjponyparts.com and check out our salvage yard page for tons of pictures of each Mustang. To inquire about a car or part in the salvage yard, call (800)-888-6473 or (717)-657-9252.

We do not have either of those parts in the yard, currently. 1979-1981 front covers are very tough to find and all the 1979-1986 doors we have are very rusted or dented.

Sorry, but we do not currently have any 1974-1978 Mustang II part cars in our salvage yard. Please check on our website’s SALVAGE YARD page for up-to-date images and listings of all the Mustangs we have.

Our Service Department manager says he would not trust a switch that has been out in the elements in our salvage yard. We do sell them new, however. http://www.cjponyparts.com/product.asp?pn=EFS2

I have a 1969 Mustang convertible and I need the chrome trim that goes on the passenger window to hold the rubber trim piece. It is the vertical part that goes in the area where the passenger window meets the back window. I have searched the website but I did not see it listed. Thanks

We do sell the fastback weatherstrip channels, but unfortunately nobody is reproducing the convertible pieces yet. All used parts requests now go through CJ Pony Service. You can email bill@cjponyparts.com with your request, and he will get back to you with an answer.

I need the antenna mast from an origonal antenna that is on a 1969 Mustang coupe. This part has a small black screw that will loosen up and the antenna mast slides off. Do you have this antenna mast and the cost? thanks Keith
